How long will my order take to ship?


Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that Standard Shipping will be delivered in 3-5 business days and Express Shipping will be delivered in 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.




Am I able to receive a refund for my order?

Which payment methods are accepted?


We accept Paypal, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express.




I noticed there was a coupon code that I forgot to use. Can I add it after my order has been placed?


Unfortunately, price adjustments cannot be made once your order has been placed. This includes adding discount codes or promotions that may take place after your order has been placed.




My order is incorrect. What should I do?


Oopsie! We are happy to resolve this issue ASAP! Please email us at mybbeautycosmetics@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order #, picture and description of the incorrect item. Please add "INCORRECT ORDER" in the subject so that we can get back to you ASAP with further instructions.




I sent a direct message on Instagram regarding my order but haven't received a response.

My package was not delivered due to an incorrect address.


We are not responsible for addresses that are incorrect or undeliverable. Please be sure to double check the shipping address before submitting your order. In addition, we are unable to process refunds for shipping charges. While we will do everything we can to ensure your package arrives on time, it becomes the responsibility of USPS once it leaves our hands. If there are any issues, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.




My beauty bundle did not come with the styles/colors that I ordered.


Please note that you must mix and match colors/styles for the beauty bundles. If you select more than one of any color/style, then the duplicated color/style will be replaced for you at random.
